Yesterday I came across this awesome video of a music jam between three people.
Music jamming is truly incredible as it requires all people to relax and to actually step into a state of flow. Overthinking always breaks the flow of creativity. In our daily lives the same is true, when we try and force things to happen in a certain time, in a certain way, we get out of sync with the natural rhythms of creation.
For manifestation and creation of any kind to occur there must be a state of ease and relaxation present.
What I love about this video is the flow, ease and absolute comfort these three men have with one another.
Why it’s so incredible- because they don’t know each other and this spontaneous street jam turns illus trates our collective power and capacity to create beauty in the world.
