Think Happy-Be Happy-Live Happy
It’s not always easy to do this especially when the ego has just had a temper tantrum and steals the stage for a little while. GOOD NEWS– it is possible with a little willingness and commitment.
Monitoring our thoughts moment to moment would be exhausting and frankly impossible. What there is to do instead is get super well acquainted with your internal guidance system.
When you are feeling off, upset, angry, frustrated, overwhelmed, uneasy that is your guidance system letting you know you have veered off your hearts bliss path. Likewise when you are feeling happy, on, in flow, excited, relaxed and peaceful that is your guidance system giving you confirmation you are connected to your bliss and your heart path.
The way to train the thoughts to be more positive is simple. When your internal guidance system goes off with the warning emotions (anything that feels off) that now becomes your trigger to pay attention to what you are now creating via your thoughts and feelings and consciously direct them towards the positive.
Quick Reframes to keep on the positive thought train
Any time you notice you are negative creating, take a deep breath and say to yourself:
That thought is inconsistent with my heart path. I choose to be in alignment with my highest self. What are the thoughts which are going to bring me back into alignment?
Those thoughts I just had illustrate clearly what I don’t want now what is it that I do want.
Both internal questions will spark the creative flow of the universe to deliver the answer you seek. We always get what we ask for, just most of the time we forget to ask or just ask the wrong questions. Start asking the right questions to your higher self and watch the Universe deliver miracles in your direction. Abundance, love and happiness are yours..just ask.
